I am an ardent Gargoyles and anime fan who fell in love with Battle of the Planets when I was 7 in 1978 and was in awe of Robotech when it came out in 1985 and it solidified with seeing Akira in the theatre in 1989. My favourite titles are El-Hazard, Gatchaman, Riding Beana, Lupin III and anything Miyazaki has done, especially Kiki's Delivery Service.
