In the year 172 on the planet Martine, a fleet of Abh ships suddenly appear. The people of Martine thus prepare for war, but before war could truly be joined, Locke Lin sells out his people and the shutdown codes for the planetary defense system. In return, the Abh make Locke the ruler of the new Abh territory. Locke's son, Jinto, now heir apparent for the Martine world, must be sent away for schooling in the ways of the Abh language. And so, seven years later, never having met an Abh, Jinto is to enter the military academy. And so the adventures begin...
